Monoberge is managed by a small team of seasoned Hoteliers, each bringing a number of years of experience from world class chains. Our attention to details and guest satisfaction is evident from the moment you enter the Hotel.

Hotel General Policy:

• Our check-in time is at: 14:00
• Our check-out time is at: 12:00 noon
• Early check-in from 06:00 AM can be provided but subject to availability
• Early check-in before 06:00 AM is subject to one night stay
• Late check-out until 18:00 must be approved and will result in 50% additional charge of Room Rate
• Late check-out after 18:00 must be approved and will result to full night additional charge of Room Rate
• Individual cancellation must be received 24 hours in low season and 72 hours in high season
• In case of no-show, one night charge must be paid to the hotel
• Group Rate is negotiable on a case by case and is entitled to additional Room Rate discount

Transportation

• Airport pick-up and drop-off can be provided on request (Supplement charge)
• Details of airport pick-up must be received prior to guest arrival with full details
• Transportation and tours within major cities and sites are available upon request (Supplement charge) 

 Extra bed & Children Policy:

• One Extra bed is allowed in Executive rooms and 2 Extra beds in Suite Rooms
• Extra bed Surcharge cost in both low and high season is USD. 25 VAT excluded
• Children up to 8 years old stay free of charge in Parent's room
• Baby cot will be offered free of charge to children under 3 years old 

 Seasonality

• High season will apply on the following period
• Summer: from May 01 till September 15 (inclusive)
• Christmas/New year: from December 25 till January 02 (Inclusive)
• Fitr feast
• Adha feast 

 Privately owned, Monoberge Byblos is our first property and there are plans to expand in to other niche markets.
